REACH out and recruit skilled volunteers

Finding skilled volunteers can be hard, and your local networks may not reach the people who can help your community group.  Surrey Climate Commission has enjoyed success with REACH, a national volunteering charity that connects community groups needing help in specific, skilled areas with volunteers who have those skills.  We have found volunteers to help with data analysis, creating this newsletter, extending our network, and more. It is simple and free to join if you are offering volunteering opportunities. The Commission has put together some tips on using REACH to find volunteers
